Mortal Kombat 11 Confirmed Characters • New Female Character (Name Unknown) • Raiden • Scorpion • Shao Kahn (pre-order bonus) The only confirmed characters to appear in MK11 are Raiden, Scorpion, a new female character and Shao Kahn. These are the characters that were confirmed in the announcement trailer. Shao Kahn is a pre-order bonus, so make sure you pre-order the game if you want him on day one without having to pay extra.
Like many previous Mortal Kombat and Injustice pre-order bonus characters, it’s extremely likely Shao Kahn will be available to purchase as DLC after launch. One big mystery about Mortal Kombat 11 is how these characters will feature in the game. During the cinematic announcement trailer, two different versions of Scorpion were present. The modern, Mortal Kombat X version of Scorpion faced off against Dark Raiden first. Once Raiden defeated him, the classic version of Scorpion from Ultimate MK3 stepped up to take down the Thunder God.
